Criticizing gameplay mechanics, paywalls, and policies that aren't gamer friendly is one thing, whining about remasters/remakes, DESTINY DLC, graphics, and resolution is another.
@How Can The Last Of Us: Remastered Not Get a Perfect 10?
It's kind of like Car & Driver putting a car on their 10 best list, then one week later, ranking the same car at number 15 because the Rims and the paint job aren't the same.
There will always be people in the world who will find something wrong with nothing.
I'm guessing you think games like Ryse or COD are revolutionary? The PS4's operating system can run on less than 1GB of RAM because of 2 secondary processors that are 256MB each, just to let you know.
That's not the reason at all. Smartphone gaming is the primary source for video gaming in Japan. If Nintendo and Sony can't break the Japanese smartphone gaming trend, why on Earth would anyone think that Microsoft can?
That Ryan Reynolds GIF pretty much describes what I was thinking and feeling after I read that article.

You're right. I own a PS4 and killzone does suck. So does Ryse. Neither deserve to labeled GOTY just be honest and admit it.
How can they make a GOTY edition out of games that have never even been game of the month, or game of the week for that matter?
That how good The Last Of Us is.
The better question is why is the Xbox One version of Watch Dogs at 720p?
The PS4 is 33% more powerful since it has 6 more compute units in it's GPU compared to the GPU of the Xbox One. The PS4 also has Flexible memory, meaning that more of the PS4's RAM can be used by developers to create games as compared to the Xbox One having "Dedicated" memory that only allows approximately 5GB of RAM to be used to develop games. (PS4 is capable of using almost 7GB of RAM)
So Truefan, when you whine about the PS4 not being as powerful as people say it...
Where's the Last Of Us PS4 bundle for North America? The remastered game is number 20 on Amazon's best seller list. There's only one other Pre-Order that's selling more than TLOU, and that's Destiny. How much more proof does anyone need to show that TLOU Remastered will be a system seller?
I'm wondering what happened to the know-it-all who said that TLOU wouldn't be in a bundle nor would it end up being a system seller. On Amazon's best selllers list TLOU is number 22.
I'm still not interested. And now that it won't have a campaign mode, i'm definitely not interested.
Now it's the best game ever played 2x!!!!
Give Wolfenstein a try. You'll like it.
Performance updates for the PS4 and PS4 development kits will make it easier for developers to exploit the PS4's GPU and Flexible RAM. It's nothing any more complicated than that.
Destiny and Wolfenstein are the only shooters I will spend money on for the rest of 2014. Already bought Wolfenstein. Destiny is on pre-order. I think that the COD format has pretty much run it's course and their won't be anything new until the developers of COD and BF4 start thinking outside that tiny box they've been in for the past 5 years.
Some people will support the console they believe in to the point of being delusional. That's why you have people disagreeing with the facts. It's the only explanation I can see.
All server based services have routine maintenance. Stating or believing anything else is just being delusional.
Sony needs to offer 1 day, 3 day, and 2 week rentals and do away with the 30 day and 90 day rental. No one will spend 30 dollars to rent a game for a month that they can buy outright for 15 to twenty dollars, unless Playstation Now is trying to cater to people who have money to waste. I don't know very many people who can afford to light five dollar bills on fire, do you?
