heres a new score - lol 9.25 not complaining, just stating. was the 0.25 thrown in to calm down the fanboys that its not a 9 but keep the reviewer happy that ist not quite a 9.5. lol does 0.25 really make that much of a difference? does 0.25 make the difference between buying the game and renting it? what happened to simple alphabets. lol i guess these days anything B or lower is junk and a fail. oh well, cant please all the people all the time.
the hate towards killzone is coz people who cant play it fear it. so they feel the need to put the game down. same with gears, xboxers love the game, millions play it yet people say it sucks. to me, IMO i think they both good games even though i never really played gears. but from the little i have played i can see why its a good game. i completed kilzone, i thought it was great. the gameplay was unique yet still fun after i got used to it. the graphics are mindblowing.
i love my original xbox, i admit, i modded it for the USEFUL homebrew. it was my media center and my gaming machine. it was all going so well, and then microsoft releases the xbox360 4 years later. oh how it all went so wrong so fast. i started pirating games out of spite. at the time, i saw the xbox360 as microsofts way of charging me for something i already had. with better graphics! i still use it though, next to my ps3. build quality is incredible.
i NEVER said the game IS STILL a glitch fest. what i meant is that people wont be complaining about it from day 1. you shouldnt be so narrow minded. not all of us on N4G that own a ps3 console hate Gears of war.

I hope this doesnt get rated like gta4. everyone jumped on the hype train. seriously, i didnt think it deserved perfect scores. im not saying it was a bad game, it wasnt, but it wasnt perfect. what i hated about the whole gta4 was that months later we got articles on why gta4 sucked so bad. why werent those downpoints in the review?

well it could be a marketing tactic, but you look at killzone 2 and at the time it blew everything out the water. was it maxxing out the ps3, maybe at the time it was. the quality of the game made us believe it was! but then we see killzone 3, is it maxxing out the ps3? the quality making me believe it actually is.
