I... I... ...just no. No, no no.
Just say 'patch that sh*t Bungie'; but this... NO!!! They start talking like Bungie does with their Old English that is supposed to sound smart and noble. But in all honesty it's pretty ridiculous. In German we have this wonderful word 'fremdschämen'; and that sums it all up for me tbh.
Is it stable though? Looks like the phone could fall down when you start moving too much or shake the controller too much (though I think it won't since obviously the guys who made that knew they had to prevent that, but still).
But Sony did not really care about VGX last year, so why would they do it this year. Would be interesting if they'd host an event like the launch event last year. Anyways, I doubt it, if they are gonna be at VGX, we'll only see some U4 stuff if we get lucky since usually Uncharted/ND games were announced there. Aside from VGX though there is no sign of an event in December so I doubt the announcement of 2 1st party major budget titles. They didn't even announce a lot of them at E3...
Yeah, PSN on PS4 seems like a beta product in terms of reliability in some areas.
Thinks that won't work properly are friends lists and all that has to do with that, loading profiles, loading parties, party stability, sending messages and invites, loading while in-game/app, the what's new section or whatever it's called and lastly the entire notification section has problems too from time to time as well. Also, it is just weird that invites and messages appear fi...
And see that is the thing. F5 came out last year, if you want to play a sim on Xbox this year, project CARS is the answer, so as you said, there is a space for that. But, especially for people who have an Xbox, The Crew looks so similar to what FH2 already does, open world, somewhere in between sim and arcade, and it apparently does it way worse, so I'm not surprised you and many other show no interest in The Crew. I hope Ubi is smart and realizes this and push it back to give it some tim...
About the price:
It is also worth noting, that the price tag of 499€ is that of a reseller/marketplace seller; Amazon.de sells it for the regular price of 399€, but it's currently not in stock. That is a good deal imho. Usually bundles with a brand new game (usually in special timed promotions) cost that much and here you get games that are a bit 'older', but 3 of them.
Edit: 400€ = ~314GBP
There is forza on Xbox on Driveclub on PS4, so the only place where this game could succeed is on PC (also Project CARS will release on all these platforms as well soon). The marketing for the other two games will pretty much kill it on the other platforms. I think, especially after reading this, that Ubisoft should push the game back another 6 month or so, especially since I don't think any other racing game will come out early next year.
I really like the setting, art-style and music. I'm still not used to games that have this 'old-school', RPG-like feel to them. They all seem a bit clunky to me, something I never felt since replaying RE4. I guess it is not really my cup of tea, but the look and atmosphere really got me interested nonetheless.
I wonder why the area in the Cosmodrome that people managed to glitch into looks so very much finished then...
@badz149: Funny that someone from the devs really felt the need to actually say that the final version of the game that is sold to consumers will work. Just imagine you buy a car and the seller was like "and oh, the best thing about this car is that it comes with an engine, 4 wheels, breaks and, believe it or not, it actually drives!!" I did not read that story you linked, so maybe the headline was just misleading, but it is actually really ridiculous what EA did and keeps doing wit...
I like Ice-T. He's a cool dude. Honestly I expected something stupid to come out of this video, but it was actually pretty reflected and honest.
But damn, I cannot live with the fact that I got to stop telling everyone my K/D if I wanna get laid... :/
Never thought I'd defend MS, but to be fair here, I'm sure it a) does explicitly say that it is a digital copy on the box or in the product information (which people don't seem to read and yet still complain) and b) downloading and installing it is a one time process. Sure not everyone has the greatest internet, but still, it seems way to harsh to get so angry about this imho.
I hope I'm in the European Alpha.. (yn)
I don't even want to read the article, but the comments alone and the excitement really get me pumped for it.
Ok, so nobody should ever write a review for these gernes. RPG, MMO (including MMORPG; MMOFPS), Open-World-Games, and basically any game really. Why even bother... /s
But seriously, sure there is more content to come and the game keeps getting bigger with more content etc, but it's nothing but fair to review what customers do initially get. And most reviewers took the time to include what was there for people during the lauch week to rate the game and things such as the l...
The article starts with: "It been a while." This already shows the quality of the story... and it just goes on. Look, I'm not a grammarnazi, but this is way beyond what should be acceptable. English is not my first language and I also am do making mistakes, but this is still too much. I wonder how a story like this is getting accepted on N4G. You either have friends on here approving it or people are just.. well, they do not care about quality. The system on here is just flawed....
The funny thing here is that people seem to forget that Mojang is still a private company at this point and that Mojang owns MC and their policy on video monetization still goes.
Both companies, Mojang and MS agreed on a deal, but it will take until the end of this year, if nothings goes wrong, that MS will own them (no pun intended), so anything MS says about monetization is useless and as long as they don't own the product, don't expect a final call on this matter. ...
Looks good. Deep Down went from "WOW!!" to "oh well.." back to "WOW!!!" again. Good to see. And I'm curious what this future setting will bring, maybe it's some kind of lobby or plaza to meet people, but it looks interesting (though it reminded me of AC a lot).
Yeah... no.
No offense at all, but this is simply not true. Sorry.
One think made me laugh, wonder and feel a bit weird or even old. When the "girl" said that "it's like being in the Lego Movie". To me it's more like actual Legos, but it's weird, that many kids nowadays only know Lego from films and games. Well, many kids, except for Ruth.
Yeah, Driveclub as a brand-new AAA title pretty much gives PS+ the win hands down. Even though we just get the PS+ edit that contains about one third of the game it's still pretty sweet and a cool idea by Sony to promote a game like that.
It's really the first AAA title on the PS4 for PS+, so I guess it'll make many people happy and if the upgrade price is ok, I think Sony will make some good money out of this.
