But unlike this game it is not the only thing you do in GTA and in GTA you get a penalty for doing so by getting stars. GTA is much more reflected in its violence. This game is ONLY about killing with no relevant setting or context at all, that's the difference.
Valve can do as they please because Steam is theirs and it is up to them to decide which content should be on there or not, because whatever is on Steam can also come back at Valve. I fully agree with their decision. Though I have to say it was predictable and probably the Hatred guys only did it for the promo.. and they succeeded, many sites report it. Luckily the Game Awards have nothing to do with the VGA and VGX awards at all. Keighley produces this himself unlike the other shows that got made by Spike/Viacom. They are two very different things, especially in terms of what goes down behind the scenes.

But yeah, PS4 had a worse angle and I guess it actually helps the Xbox that there is so much empty space in in (used for cooling is what MS says) and that results in the other one with a more compact design to break more easily.

Good move from Ubi. They cannot deny the problems with the game and it is good that they are very vocal about what they do to fix it and so on and this is just a step in the right direction to show customers some respect and to, well, maybe not completely regain the consumers trust, but it does help to regain some of it.
Looks like MS was like "Damn, so we have this big award show coming up where we and other publishers will announce cool stuff and then the PS Experience right after that.. But what do we have?!" then someone else was like "Well, booking a location now is not possible anymore, but dude, we have our own store over there, let's host our own small event there while people are in town for games anyway!!"

I bet that it is a franchise that is well established in the West already. So my bet is a new RE game. It's been awhile since a new entry in the main series and almost a decade since a good one (though Psycho Break is pretty much a spiritual successor to RE4 that has nothing to do with RE). So yeah, a fresh start for RE would be something that would fit his words.

But it'd be interesting to know if From Software is actually really happy with the timing of the release. I doubt that they can do anything about it (except for Japan, where they published it themselves). The release seems too close to Bloodborne though and I hope this won't affect Bloodborne (sales-wise, promotion-wise) in any way.

Of course not, only MS users and probably only those who singed up for their newsletter. But that is what you imply with your message. Sure, they cannot get the right and data to ask other people directly in that way, but you argument is also not the best one, since those who are singed up to that are usually more on the Xbox side of things.

All the US people are gonna lol when converting the prices to dollars. But yeah, for us Europeans this pricing is just as aggressive as the one in the US. They seem desperate over at MS and probably loose some money. But yeah, MS needed to do something to catch up some more and I am sure customers will take advantage of that and will profit from any deal, no matter if it is one by MS or Sony, they are all really sweet.
