As above i dont have the system at this point, a mate at work really enjoyeed the beta so is swaying me but at the back of my mind i cant justify the console plus a sub to live for 1 game :( is MCC working online now, that may help me lol
This is the only game to make me think about getting an xb1! Only reason im hesitant is i didn't enjoy halo 4 at all :( the campaign catered towards the book knowledge/extended lore etc which left me as a game player feel a bit lost with the plot unfortunately, and the multiplayer was a massive disappointment
But it looks like they have taken a lot of this onboard and made an effort to improve the multiplayer rather than make it conform to the masses

Too many open world games these days and too many of them lose focus because of trying to be bigger in every way than what came before

Looks amazing from what ive seen in janky videos though so natively on my screenshould look great compared to most games we get
Not sure what frames they are saying we will get but did read somewhere that they aim for 40 in these scenarios when its really busy on screen or something!
Got a 970 last week and im always willing to make a few sacrifices for settings i find more noticeable or to achieve a solid frame rate

Was getting it on Ps4 then decided to get a 970 as it was on offer with witcher 3 and arkham knight at a great price (been needing to upgrade for a while)
Then saw the PS4 footage and would have played that happily! I think we will all have a great time with this one no matter what
Do we know what that gets us? Tbh i have since reinstalled windows on a fress ssd so may no longer have my save

i was on the fence about PC or PS4 but i cant tell if my system will run it at the level i would want it to so have settled for the PS4 version! shouldnt be too bad, as long as i get to enjoy the story im not too fussed.
saying that GTA 5 is working ok on my system, was expecting less tbh, plesantly suprised.
I prefer the more realistic colour palette it used to have over the bright contrasty look in the final build but tbh its still the best looking game in the pipeline by far. Im excited for the story mainly, wouldnt let the visual change put me off
Got to agree mate, i shouldnt have compared them tbh! this will be leaps and bounds ahead of DA:I :D
i hope its not overcrowded with meaningless side quests like DA:I was just to give you more to do.
The story is the main draw for me with this series so fingers crossed the open world hasn't made them lose focus on there main strength!

Some areas look better than others as with all souls games but the big back drops etc are really nice. Some interior areas seem a bit rushed compared to other but as a whole its spot on tbh
He was such a bad character, they just seem to try and make him 'trendy' and 'cool', almost put me off the game
That would ruin the whole joy of the game, its kind of cool that people find this stuff but to use it would just ruin the experiance imo
Have to agree, my GOTY but it wasnt perfect. Some of the areas just felt washed out and bland.
At what cost i wonder? Hopefully we get reduced load times with no negative impact else where
So. Far i am really enjoying it for a first timer! I did play the demo a fair bit to try the weapons etc before i got the game.
The full game eases you in more than the demo did but even that was fine, if anything it almost starts a little too slow but it really has to. After the first few quests you get optional weapon training quests for each weapon class to try as you please and they introduce mechanics really well!
