System requirement are made by millions of monkeys typing on their keyboard. They take the one that is close to resemble system requirement and strap it on the back of the case.

I've been gaming at 1080p and 60 fps for over 7 years now, 2 years in 1440p and I'll be moving to 4k in a year, I'm a college student so if I can afford it, everyone with a job probably can too.

There are already 4k screens on phones, 90+ hz is a matter of time. Maybe a year or two at the pace they are going.
