This can be good for new Xbox customers but there is no reason for an actual Xbox owner to run and spend $400 for just a little boost. Unless you are so so crazy about watching 4k media, which is lacking right now.
This article makes you think that Sony is lying about NEO when in reality they are just making their own conclusions and their own disappointments because Sony has officially said nothing about the NEO at all.
To know the scope of the NEO, you have to wait for Sony to reveal it, tell you what it is and what is not.

While we don't know the quantity available on the first place, it looks like current Xbox owners will likely pick up the Xbox one S console. I expect the same thing to happen when the NEO releases. I also expect it to be sold out in a few minutes months before launch just like PSVR.
Without even knowing what it is, how can the media even come to those conclusions? Is the same with the NEO, they don't even know what it is and their conclusions are totally out of reality.

I still remember a few articles here bragging about this game saying it was the best rated Xbox exclusive. I never understood why they said it was an Xbox exclusive since it was known from the beginning the game was going to be multiplatform.
The developer wanted the first game to be on PS4. That was his idea always until an EA executive make a deal with Microsoft on their backs.
I am pretty sure this time they make sure that would not happen again.

Without strong support from third party games, it will be another Nintendo device to play Nintendo games which are few.
You are assuming it will have third party support. One thing Is of it can run PS4 ports and another if third parties are going to support this handheld which judging by history, they don't fully support Nintendo anymore.
