That's the opinion of one developer versus the general consensus which shows Playstation is a more popular platform.
The best indie games this generation are exclusive to Sony, to Sony and PC and/or arrive 1 year later on Xbox.
Just a few examples :

The Witness
And the list goes on and on.
I don't know in what planet you live but here on Earth, that's not true and there is evidence and facts to support that everywhere.

A new console superior in specs than a year old console? Wow, who would have though???
Scorpio may be superior in specs but in games library and exclusives, PS4 Wil keep dominating the market as the #1 console.
Xbox community Xbox one: Graphics doesn't matter, gameplay is all, keep playing your resolution while we play games.
Xbox community Xbox Scorpio: graphics matters, exclusives doesn't matters.
Opinions will always change just to justify and defend your product of choice.

TLOS 2 is going to break some records. I am expecting it will sell double of what the first one did in its first week.

People should remember what happened in the PS2 era. It was the less powerful console and it dominated the market like no other.
It is not bad to have a powerful console but that is only a part of the whole receipt.
Their sales, first party studios, Japanese support and exclusives need a boost mode!

The same logic would apply for those who are saying this console is going to dominate the market and outperform the PS4 don't you think?
That's not true and you only saying that to accommodate your opinion in favor to the Xbox and not based in facts.
For example. If Xbox is loosing in sales, then you will say sales does not matter but if Xbox is winning in sales, you will say sales are very important.
And yet, there are many other labeling the Xbox Scorpio as the console to dominate the market so I don't get it, for some things, people have to wait but for dreaming about dominance of the market, then is OK to say things about that.
