They will never have more than 35 guns. A game like Call of Duty should honestly have nearly 100. they just use balancing as an excuse. It's not hard to slightly alter each attribute.
I mean, BF3, with all the DLC had an uncountable amount of weapons, all extremely customizable, and BF4 looks to build upon that.
Oneshot - Not with all of the extra dinosaurs running around. The T-Rex's would be the over-all goal of the match. But I see your concern. It'd be more of the foot soldiers avoiding the T-Rex's as they storm towards them and the air support that would have to do runs past him over and over and avoid getting swatted out of the air, while at the same time evading pterodactyls. Trust me, it could work, but not the way I envision it at this current state in tech:(
What many are failing to realize is that developers don't have to use the touch pad just for gimmicky melee attacks and quick time events. However, they can utilize it as an extension of the D-Pad. Why have a single D-Pad, when you can have 2?
For instance, just an example, I'm not a CoD player, but when I would play I always found it annoying scrolling through the kill streaks by pushing the D-Pad one direction multiple times. They could do it so that your lowest kil...
"Whole new game,"
More like whole new version.
We'll let Battlefield handle that. I want DICE to render a few T-Rex's around a huge open map and task players with taking them down while fighting through pterodactyls, raptors, etc. Imagine forces flying in the sky with jets trying to take down a few HUGE T-Rex's, and levolution-like segments of their giant bodies falling to the ground and crushing everything in sight.
Maybe PS4.
On-topic, this isn't enough. A shoe-horned answer to zombies. ...
Who knows, maybe they will be the ones to take over the Resistance IP. However, I don't think ND would just hand over their baby for console use. They may want to return to it themselves
I'd MUCH prefer a brand spankin' new next-gen Syphon Filter, though.
I just have this feeling that a next-gen Syphon Filter would have some of the best graphics on the system, and I don't know why. I just feel like it would be one of those games that would quickly pick up hype and get a Game Informer cover story if it's handled right. Bend did amazing on the other SF games on PSP.
Who cares? People who will be proud owners of both consoles, that's who cares.
What a stupid question.
Here's what I'm wondering. Once Sony's Worldwide Studios masters the hardware for the PS4, which will pretty much be by their second game, will they sacrifice 1080p to achieve a higher visual fidelity, or go with a higher framerate maybe? I can't see any first party games being strictly locked at 30 frames unless it's open world.
Pixel Ninja and Samurai, you're the same person.
Crytek gasses up the X1's hardware soooo much, lol.
Slampunk, not porting on a technical level, but on a conceptual one. Of course they would have to use the Eye's very own set of tools, but I'm almost positive that when it comes to basic functionality of voice commands and facial recognition, though the Eye is the inferior camera, it will be able to handle whatever multiplat devs throw at it.
@Michael.
And my point is - third party games/franchises such as the ones you just listed will get the same s...
Infantry, here's a bubble, bud. This kid is literally a ball of insignificance.
Thing is, it's pretty much a guarantee that multiplatform titles aren't going to take full advantage of the Kinect. I mean, why do that when you can incorporate all of the basic functions and port them all over to the PS Eye side of things. Well, not port necessarily but you get my drift. Only first party games from MS will use the extra goodies the Kinect 2 has over the PS Eye.
Sony was so smart to not include the camera in the box. If you think about it, while MS is...
I think the same exact thing about every glitch. I'm sure there are many accidental findings, but the glitch seekers have no lives. Just play your games.
Samurai, what I mean is, after the horrible showing at E3, the policy announcements, etc. that shook up the gaming world, the people that STILL stuck with them and supported them were undoubtedly die-hard Xbox loyalists. Point blank period. Even many hardcore Xbox players immediately jumped shit to PS4. I have never heard of a single Playstation gamer that felt the need to jump to X1 this gen. It's just unheard of.
But it WOULD have happened had it been the other way arou...
Yeah, I was almost positive that both consoles would be $500, and I'm sure M$ was, too. They got caught off-guard on multiple fronts at E3. They were probably more surprised than the gamers, lol.
The Playstation Eye supports voice commands as well, and incorporates a 4-way directional microphone and facial tracking. Kinect features on multiplatform games can easily be ported over to PS4 versions.
Thrice, are you ready for me to body bag your entire comment?
You are making the natural assumption that I do this in every single server I'm in. I'm speaking on one particular event in which I destroyed whiny little cry-hards such as yourself. Let me ask you a question. Do you feel like a big man pouting atop your high horse about how my skills completely overriding yours, effectively banishing you to the spawn screen for the majority of any given session? You can...
1) None of you were going to buy this game to begin with
2) If you were, then you were going to buy it for either PS4, X1, or PC.
3) They aren't doing it to surge next-gen sales. Each version is $60.
4) The dynamic events in the Maps and enhancements to the engine just set it a bit over this generation's limits.
5) A very small percentage plays Ground War to begin with.
6) The framerate on previous entries was already a bit shaky on GW.
