May as well be cross platform with PC considering all the mouse + keyboard players on console.
At the very least it frees up funding on MS end for new games. A rotation isn’t necessarily a bad thing.... if you can honestly say you have a subscription to play the same games over and over and over again.... do yourself a favor and buy them, it’ll probably be cheaper that way.
Also, if you dont support it, don’t get it. Vote with your wallet... but unfortunately this is successful and going to be a viable option for companies down the road.

My bar is inherently set low for mobile games.... If it’s not P2W then you can bet the controls aren’t ideal.
How? Battlefront had P2W elements to it, there is absolutely nothing that alters game gameplay with BO4. People will complain about anything. You want to get your point across? Don’t buy the game or don’t buy micro transactions. Quit coming to the boards crying like a child in hopes that anyone takes you seriously.

How many times do they have to get the PS community excited for this, just for it to never happen? They’ve been saying this for YEARS. I hope it happens for everyone looking forward to it but I’ll beleive it when I see it.
@CarlDechance - you’re blind if you think PlayStation and Epic would have come to this conclusion had MS and Nintendo not agreed to it. Surely it wasn’t the deciding factor but it had a role. Sony fanboy mentality there....

I’m sure they are but if you want any more of my business, you’ll have to patch them as well. Skyrim has had the sound glitch since release and to my knowledge, it’s still an ongoing issue. Not everyone is going to get these issues but for those of us that do, it ends the gameplay then and there.
They’re probably making more on loot boxes then the fines they’d be hit with.
No, Nintendo needs stop giving people a reason to keep purchasing a 3DS. They are constantly releasing big titles for the handheld (which is great for those who play it) but aren’t porting them to the Switch.

People would probably grief less if they had more things to do in the game. I own it, I enjoy it, however it gets tiresome doing the same three redundant quests. The true end game difficulty is measured by the people you're playing against since the AI doesn't pose much of a challenge
They do it because people pay for it. If people actually "vote with their wallets" like we all say we will then these companies wouldn't hold back like they do. I'm sure they didn't make the money they were expecting from MW1 Remasters online component OR they were expecting more people to play Infinite Warfare's MP

Agreed. Toxicity alone keeps me from playing. I was being sarcastic about the cross play with m+kb, although it is a legitimate issue developers don’t seem to address.
