It's pretty slick on my Optimus 7, can only imagine how good it'd look on that ClearBlack Lumia 800 screen or the Super AMOLED Plus screen of the Focus S.

Part of me wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to it, quite enjoyed Black Ops as it was a nice change of environment from WW2 and the Modern Warfare settings.

For the same price in the UK roughly (maybe a tad more) you could pick up something like the Panasonic UT30.
As well as being a better panel it's actually a TV too.

Latency over 3G would be an issue for multilayer.
Here in the UK you're talking of a ping in the hundreds of milliseconds.

The only reason the colours look difference is the night/day cycle in the game, the console version is quite obviously earlier in the day than the PC which looks like it's getting near to sunset.

People on console won't notice really as I'd bet most will have overscan on and it'll crop out the black bars.

Maybe in the US, but not the rest of the world where (at least here in Europe) most people still get their TV OTA using the in-built tuner(s).
