but when any magazine gives it a good review all you hear is crickets chirping or the screams that it's a Sony magazine so it couldn't be true.
Play games for yourself and decide. Some people may not like Warhawk because there is a learning curve that you need to adapt to. The same goes for Lair, once you learn how to control the dragon (which many have said the controls are spot on) then the game becomes a lot more fun.

I don't think so. I think the instructions do a poor job explaining how to get your bluetooth up and going for this game. It should say consult the PS3 manual or Google it.
it is very quiet and you won't hear it while you watch movies of any genre.

I've got a PS3 and will never buy a standalone bluray player. There's no reason to. It's not like the PS2 where the DVD player was suspect. This is one of the higehest rated bluray players available. So unless they make a bluray stand alone that will make my bed in the morning, there is no reason to buy a stand alone bluray player.

completely. I've read so many reviews that show that they wanted something else fromt eh game because it is on the PS3. They have lofty expectations that were built by Sony's hype machine.
The system has great games and that's all there is to it. The day has arrived where you can no longer say the PS3 doesn't have any games or that it doesn't have enough good games. These games will keep you busy awhile (unless you're in prison).
This is a great rumor. DBZ as a fighter would be great on the PS3. It doesn't get old to me. With the PS3 they can make it even closer to the cartoon.

You wanted Sony to have a narrow vision and just make the PS3 for games. That wasn't their vision for it all. The don't even call it a gaming system. They call it a system that plays games well.
Do you think that you paid $600 (or $500) just for a gaming system? You would pay $250 for just a gaming system. MS didn't make the 360 for just playing games (HDMI, HDDVD addon, IPTV...).

Some of us here do get into the technical sound aspects. I for one am. I know on a video game site you proably won't have too many but we follow the technology and the PS3 has the goods in that department.
