Dude you are all over the place with that comment. First you say that you want it to be more like traditional FF combat system but then you turn around and say it needs to have the Kingdom Hearts battle system. From there you say that the game looks like it plays like XIII and XIII-2. Did you watch the same trailer as we did.
From the trailer it looks like a refined version of the Kingdom Hearts battle system with full control over your party. Period. That is what the battle...
Really? I thought Birth by Sleep was an amazing game and actually explained a lot of why everything happened the way it did in KH1. Also I thought BbS's battle system was the best of the series. If Square was smart they would let the Birth by Sleep team start on the pre-production of Kingdom Hearts 3 so that way when Nomura and his team are done with Versus XIII his team can help with the rest of KH3's development. If only I was CEO of Square Enix.
I looked at the site where gamingeverything.com got their source and on the Japanese site translated by google it says this: "Recently, the check was drawn towards the release date. The expressive power is up significantly from last year's trailer."
Does anyone speak Japanese. Does this mean that they already have an internal release date and they will announce it the next time we see Final Fantasy Versus XIII.

I don't blame Nomura for not being able to talk more about Versus XIII, but I wish Square would let him talk more about the game. It honestly won't hurt XIII-2's marketing if he says "We will share more info and a release date about Versus XIII on XX/XX/2012". Of course Square Enix doesn't see things like that so whatever.

Right. I have an idea. Finish Versus XIII first and then start working on other projects. XIII and XIII-2 got the full attention of the entire development team and finished them. Why can't they do the same for Final Fantasy Versus XIII?

One, i don't believe Square was at CES this year so this author might just be lying. Plus this site is an unknown site. They don't let anyone into CES.
Two, I don't believe for one second that Versus XIII isn't almost done. If you have read the recent quotes and have watched that trailer from last year you would see that the game is almost done. Trust me I don't think Square Enix as a company can afford to make fans wait for Versus XIII

Ya. With that said however I can't wait to read this interview and I hope Square let's him talk a little bit about Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Even just a "we will reveal more information on xx/xx/2012." would make me very happy. It wouldn't hurt XIII-2 marketing and would get Versus XIII fans excited.

I have been a fan of the Final Fantasy series since VI and let me tell you that I didn't like Final Fantasy XIII. Am I a troll? No I am just a fan with an opinion.
And yes while I have played worst RPG's this gen I have played way better. That's the reason fans are so upset. Because they have played better Final Fantasy games. They just want Final Fantasy games to have good gameplay, great stories and likable characters. Is that too much to ask for?

2) Getting my Vita on the 15th with the First Edition Bundle. As I recall today is the 16th so... ya one more month
3) I said Twisted Metal and Vita in the same sentence. Twisted Metal releases the 14th. Why would I wait one week to play Twisted Metal?

I am honestly just hoping I can play Final Fantasy Versus XIII at E3 this year :).
I would have to say Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy X did it for me. Two of my favorite games of all time.
I can't see why this game couldn't be on the Vita. Everything this game can do on the 3DS can be done on the Vita. Why can't they make it for both?
