@Clarence
That person would be Motomu Toriyama.
Kingdom Hearts 2 and Birth by Sleep say hi also.
@vuzuki
Why would developers go for "more flash, less substance" titles? They are still competing with other developers to make better games than the other guy so people buy their games. Competition drives innovation and substance, not used games.
See Square! This is how your CEO should talk to fans.
But what of you can download it to the Vita. Better screen and controls would have me buy that version in a heartbeat.
Sounds a lot like what I am getting. I am downloading all my games but this is roughly what I will have on day 1:
PlayStation Vita First Edition Bundle
32GB Memory Stick
Downloaded games:
Gravity Rush
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend
ModNation Racers: Road Trip
Yup sounds like an awesome week off for me. Lol.
Lol good one..... oh you were serious?
My thing is this, why are people so concerned about sales. Shouldn't we be more concerned about what games are coming for it and what games we should get. Not this numbers game.
For once I totally agree with you. Don't fire the dude but don't let him touch main series Final Fantasy games anymore. He's a good event planner but a terrible director. Give the series to Tabata or Nomura. They know how to direct good games. Plus Tabata and Nomura worked together on Crisis Core as Director and Creative Producer, respectively. Those two really know how to make great RPG's and it would be a good move to have one of them make Final Fantasy XV.
No mention of Kingdom Hearts 3D or Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Tsk tsk.
This is a blog. And it makes no sense. It also doesn't belong here. Also it is trying to connect two points that clearly don't add up. This blog was all over the place. And Final Fantasy X did not get the reception that XIII got. X was met with worldwide praise while XIII wasn't. This "blog" was a bunch of BS.
And not one mention of Xemnas or Ansem from Kingdom Hearts. Xemnas was by far one of the coolest bosses I have ever faced in a game! I mean just watch the boss battle you had with him (Spoilers in the videos!!!).

I would prefer to have Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep to be on the Vita. Sadly I don't think Square Enix is in the mood to make easy money.
XIII was graphicly impressive too. So I doubt the graphics and the CGI would have been bad in XIII-2. The CGI scenes were actually the best part of XIII. Unfortunately, the game itself wasn't that good.
Try harder troll. Bye, bye to your bubbles.
We all know that most Vita games are being sold digitally.
@iamtehpwn
Your trying really hard to make me upset aren't you?
Kingdom Hearts 2 took 5+ years to finish.
Oblivion team moved on to Skyrim (Fallout and Elder Scrolls have two separate teams at Bethesta) and it took 6 years from the time Oblivion (2006) came to market to when Skyrim (2012) came to market.
Those two game are just off the top of my head. And if your a real Kingdom Hearts fan like you said you were than you w...
May I ask: What about Final Fantasy Versus XIII? Skipping over that too? I am just kind of curious.
Like I have said in a previous post:
"And with that Square Enix got exactly what they wanted out of you...
Seriously, Final Fantasy has always been about having everything in the package day one. Not this DLC garbage. Now we have to pay for secret bosses and things that could have come with the game. If this is supported by enough people Square will think this is okay and do that with all their future games. It ruins half the fun of "finding" t...
@iamtehpwn
I have been a Kingdom Hearts fan since day one and have every game (including all of the Final Mixes) and have been playing Final Fantasy since Final Fantasy VI. Don't belittle me and say I haven't been a "real" fan or that I haven't been a fan for that long. Even so with the international editions and Final Mixes both series still have secret bosses and extra hard things you can fight without paying for anything except the disk.
"Everyone’s biggest complaint about Final Fantasy XIII, was that besides the Main Quest there wasn’t really anything else to do."
I dont think that was the biggest complaint. My big issue was the bad story and the horrible characters.
The other big complaint players had was no world map, a linear world and a crappy battle system.
