PSN has improved. It's basically the same thing. You pay for cable or internet services the same way. It's basically no difference.
It's like using a cable service. They both the the job done. In the end nobody cares while using it. Xbox players and Microsoft like to tout as some sort of advantage. Which is kinda ridiculous.
I want VR action and horror games. Bring on the realistic military games.
You are moving the goal posts of others. Some say 400 dollars. Some say 350 dollars. A few want it below 200 dollars and even some are saying 100 dollars. So I don't think is all that important at all unless it's too much.
Sounds like problem still then. You are basically telling everyone to buy a new controller to fix it.
That's a lot of good support already. I'm starting to think support for VR won't be a problem. A Gran Turismo VR experience will be a great way to start. That's a killer app already.
I want that to happen. I would never hate onNintendo because my gaming started with them.. I hope they are aiming for a high end console. Something I can buy into.
I view winning the holiday as in total consoles sold through that period. Now if Microsoft views it as winning north America? Then that's just a moral victory in my view. Global I believe no matter what total sales will trump Microsoft.
I'm not one to criticize Warren. He is obviously more talented and experienced than me. I view all this as just developers pushing each other to their best limits. Basically bouncing ideas off of one another.
I don't doubt it. It's a pretty cinematic epic action game franchise. It's almost like watching a movie.
Waited so long for this game. It delivered.
I doubt it with PS4 price drop, bundles, great games cross-platform releases.
Sony I believe will give people quality VR experiences.
I imagine Killzone is the best type of game for VR.
Straw.
Yes. It will change everything
Yea Microsoft and Xbox fans fail to acknowledge although PS4 has few exclusives this holiday because it releases them through the year. That it also means PS4 has a huge load of games coming in 2016 and 2017 because of this.
Exactly. It could mean something positive. Maybe Soy upgrade them to AAA status for VR? That might mean higher quality standards.
To be fair I agree in part on Heavy rain. It was improved upon by Until Dawn showing us a better way to make that type of game. However he is talking about really good games.
Very interesting read. So it is confirmed that this unit boosts the PS4 abilities for VR. In fact it sounds like it's quite powerful and does most the lifting
"According to Madhavan, the processing unit will do “most of the heavy lifting for the VR it’s self.” They also have “made it much more powerful, and are improving as they go to the launch.” This PU should ensure that people developing on the PlayStation platform should have the power they need to ma...
