They release propoganda for Xbox so often. By this point everyone should be brainwashed. I guess the desired effect hasn't kicked in yet. Tomb Raider sales and global console sales don't seem to be effected by a new article every day describing some sorta miraculous turnaround. That somehow doesn't involve any sales data whatsoever to back it up against PS4. I'm all for its "turnaround." I just like their to be a pump you breaks "but PS4 is still outselling it b...
Grand Turismo, Robinson the Journey, No Mans Sky, Ace Combat, Tekken sound like shovelware? Tough crowd.
Yep. It's a console type launch. This is a huge event in gaming coming.
Strong lineup yet people keep questioning whether it'll have games. I'm all in. I've seen some of them. These are gonna be awesome experiences. I'm not worried about the software.
It's on now. That moment each generation when Sony hits their stride and exclusives come nearly every month is upon us. Just like faithful Sony fans knew always happens. Greatness is here in 2016.
We knew this was coming. Cool. Time to sit back and relax watch the domination just flow.
Yeah I am because I'm actually informed more than one presentation. More than casual observation. I'm hardcore at gaming therefore I'm way more informed. I can ignore it. I watch YouTube videos. I go to websites. I read articles and have experience playing virtual reality. So I can speak from experience.
There will be core gamers playing this if there are hardcore games. Horror, racing, plenty of horror games like I see Oculus Rift focusing on, experience based games, exploring games, open world, shooters, mech games, sports, simulation games will make a comeback. Imagine you could explore a island filled with dinosaurs with great graphics? You say not possible? Well it's already a PSVR title. Ever think of being in a plane crash? Well Oculus Rift has such a title. Ever think of porn wher...
Even if we are comparing Wii controls to Move controls which is nearly 3 full generations ahead in tracking technology on Move PS4 vs Wii? Then I would have to remind you it has a Virtual Reality headset, head tracking, separate processor for upconverting resolution and fps, and it's PS4 vs Wii graphics with larger support from the 3rd parties. Not only that it's a company that caters to hardcore gamers effecting the type of games made for PSVR. Now go look at a YouTube video with man...
But if you think it will sell 100 million VR units then bring it on. I do agree casual people will love virtual reality because it'll do more than just games. More than traditional games. More than traditional media. It'll be groundbreaking potential if they use it among a wide variety of media. The system seller may ultimately not be games at first. Then later more and more traditional AAA experience games will push it completely mainstream.
I'm not even gonna listen. One is motion controls. The other can use motion. Controls. One uses it as the primary controller to the system. The other offers it as a option to the PS4 controller itself. Virtual Reality isn't even required some games to use the motion controller at all. There is no Virtual Reality helmet for motion games in Wii. There is no flailing your whole body games yet in Virtual Reality for PSVR. The main goal of Virtual Reality is to immerse the mind visually n...
Right. Improving would imply it's gained on PS4 in any area which it hasn't.
A really good actor can pull a character off.
Obviously if it's in the anus because it's stuff from the past.
Underneath all these hype articles and explanations there is a bigger forgotten theme playing out. If you just took the two machines and forgot bad press or E3 and put them side by side the PS4 is still handling it's business that way too. At the end of the day Xbox One is a great machine. So is PS4. I didn't buy the PS4 because of price or pr. I stack them beside each other. Games Sony has exclusives aplenty coming. Hardware? We all know about that debate as well. Controller? Vastly ...
It was stuff of legendary pr nightmare gold. What's lost and buried underneath all of this is PS4 quietly also had a great machine. It was stylish, compact, great controller redesign. It was tiny more powerful, it had Indies from the get go so more support. There was a focus towards gaming. Ps4 is silently underneath this whole story one of the most solid versatile consoles ever built. Not spectacular in hardware like the the PS3 was but no weaknesses.
I don't think it's been winning in any of that stuff. That's why it continues to lose ground to Sony despite the changes. The thing of it is? Even after the changes the PS4 is still a better machine with a concentrated focus towards gaming. It's built towards that and it shows.
It was the worst mistake in E3 history. Followed by third worst. 500 dollars price point. I put the 2nd worst as Sony announcing 599 dollars for the PS3 to the sound of crickets.
Amen. Time to try something new.
Eve Valkyrie, Kitchen, I think there's gonna be a lot of horror eventually.
