I can tell between any power difference. Any tech savvy person who wants quality can tell. Graphics whores can tell. I want them to push the limits. Yes it needs to be more powerful than Sonys new system. Why even release a upgrade to rival Sony unless you beat them this time in the specs department? The reviews there have gone down hill severely since Colin left. He was the only balance towards the other Microsoft leaning side of their reviews. Now they have no balance. Complete agenda laden propaganda website. This is the problem with reviewers. Not fans. The reviewers are now fanboys, bought off, feminists, political sides with a pulpit to voice their opinions now. It's never just a honest review anymore at some sites.

Yes. It will be pointless to release a small upgrade. They need to push PS4 to the point you make them react. At this point Xbox needs a big game changer. There is no way you change the game if the PS Neo version is also more powerful than the new Xbox Neo version. It has to be more powerful than Sony this time.
Good. The faster we blow past these benchmarks in PC GPU cards means faster GPU abilities in next generation consoles. It'll bring down the prices if all these other powerful GPU solutions. One day this is gonna be what's inside a console equivalent.
