It doesn't matter. Uncharted blew up the gaming scene already. A single review doesn't effect a masterpiece.
Maybe but a 93 metacritic proves it's already inconsequential what happens. Most sites has it as a classic already. If people care so much it doesn't matter. Uncharted merely needed to prove it was high quality again. It's done that.

Ratchet and Clank stands a better chance. The Division barely moves the needle. Ratchet and Clank and Uncharted are Game of the year candidate.

There are only two possible contenders to Game if the year besides Uncharted. Those are Gears of War and Horizon Zero Dawn. Depending on what those do.

It was a wonderful story. Any one who loves Uncharted will absolutely love how it unfolds. The nostalgia. The beginning portions perfectly set it up for later. It makes you care about the character. This is a great game. Probably top 5 ever games.

70 was not a abnormal score. It was almost close to the QB average. 40????? Is completely on the opposite end of the spectrum as far as most Uncharted scores. In fact it was the first and only negative review at the time.
