If you think the scorpio will not do the res-scaling that ps4 pro will do you are sadly mistaken. All microsoft has mentioned is a more powerful gpu, you need far more than that for 4k gaming (as someone with a 4k capable pc).
To spell it out for you, the cpu is the concern here. Unless the scorpio costs the same as a high end pc, you're not getting different but a shiny new gpu.
Unless MS is planning on eating over $100 a console, I don't see how $399 price point is feasible for the given scorpio specs. Or if the cpu is the exact same as before.
I think it has to do with how insanely shit NG3 was.

Not really. I don't see why people were expect a new ps4 to somehow change "HOW" games are played. Scorpio will be the same thing. Just more horsepower for the same games.

I don't think a team of 100+ people were interviewed here. I think 1 guy was interviewed and he said he prefers hand crafted levels (popular opinion btw) and that the games have similar ui.

Racism is prejudice against another due to their race. Preference over your own kind can be vaguely seen as nepotism which is entirely different
I.e. I can prefer people of my own culture, but not hate anyone in particular.
