That's nice and all, but the image will be warped by any objects near your TV. Seems like theres a fine line between great and gimmick.
I have a feeling this will be a so-so game, only with pretty visuals.
Looks like a lovely chap.
A first person game does not have to be a shooter, but then it's not a first person shooter is it?
They're all fake cars. My opinion is;
RED: Fisker Karma mixed with a Maserati GT
GREY: Part Camaro part Challenger.
GREEN: Challenger with a hint of Mustang.
BLACK: Chrysler 300C meets Rolls.
*SPOILER* El Dorado isn't even a city in Uncharted, if you've played them then you should know this. PS3 have had the most impressive games visually for me this gen, but that doesn't change how good some Wii games look.
I really want Sony to build a first party turn-based strategy series similar to Advanced wars and Fire emblem. Freedom Wars remind me of these, but it could be anything.
To be honest though, I don't care much for the power of the system. The Wii delivered some of the most beautiful games this gen and it was far, far underpowered. Proving that art-style and gameplay outdoes graphics any day of the week.
It will have an impact on third-party titles though, but it could also turn into the cheapest to develop for.
That's pretty cool, but I'm surprised they're naming it "Declassified" after the poor CoD.
Great support is great news. Sony needs to push this game as much as possible.
I'm hoping the cuteness is deceptive, because if it's a puzzle adventure game it should be challenging.
This looks very promising, I like the art style.
Let's be honest, some mods are great, but most are crap. It would probably help on Bethesda games though... But someone would likely have to control and approve them to avoid any cheating and game-breaking affairs, and no one wants to do that.
Didn't they say that they would show off Mario, MarioKart, Smash Bros and possibly Zelda?
That's what happen when you release a console without a killer app.
Just get Joe Madureira in on the project, please.
They can improve a lot on the PS3.
First off, they need to target 720p. This should free up rendering budget allowing for better graphics, and dropping Standard cars will help alot too.
Gameplay is not hardware limited other than the controllers, so unless you hunger for touch-inputs it'll be fine.
And AI can surely be improved with the time they've had since 5.
A PS3 GT6 will fund a proper next gen GT7.
Microsoft could have seized this opportunity to gain some new first party IPs that already have a fanbase.
But I guess the best outcome would habe been if Platinum got it.
I can't decide, does the Helghast in the picture look more like a cat or a dog?
The S model was awesome, and the best controller of last gen in my opinion.
