The argument that I'm reading from some of the comments just shock me. Some are saying you don't need a lot of space to make open world environments. The more detail and the more open ended you want to make a game the more space you'll need. So if you're making a cutscene heavy game and that takes up a lot of space then you have less space for the game world.
