Was ur PS4 on standby?. I have 75mb download and it took me less than 2 hrs to download, but I left my PS4 on. 19 hrs is a bit extreme!
I agree with hangdand. Every gun feels the same and they are very inconsistent. From 15yards with the AK, it may take 2 shots to kill or sometimes it takes 4-5 shots. It's annoying because when it takes that long, sometimes the enemy turns around and kills u with what seems to be one shot.
Also when playing hardpoint I've seen someone stand outside a doorway and the next second they're inside the room shooting at me. I don't see the animation of the enemy goi...

I be noticed project cars physics is good on some cars and bad on others. It has to do with the the deep customization for each car. I notice I have trouble on turns with a RUFF GT, and that's a all-wheel car. I can't comment on forza cause I've never played it.
Ps: U4one, please don't talk about canned physic and compare it to forza. If you noticed in forza there's no wind physics. the trees, flags and banners in the background don't move in the wind...
