Yes I always hate launchers but playstation launcher is an exception. I wish to sync my trophies and saves between pc and ps one day. None of these is possible without a launcher.
It's not that weird if you realize that Call of Duty, the xbox 1st party giant soon will-be , will also be on playstation. Sony just show some cheap goodwill ahead...

Please don't say dualsense 5 is gimmick, it's not like gyro or anything before. You will never forget the experience once you try it. I believe Microsoft will have their own implement, might even do better than Sony , and xbox fans would love it surely. Haptic feedback and adaptive triggers will not be just the Sony thing... they can be future for all gamers.
Though I am a ps gamer , I really wish Microsoft bring the same features to xbox controller soon. Only with the joint push from both Sony and Microsoft, 3rd party support can be a real thing.
Ember Lab was an animation studio before, and Kena win it by art style , not this realistic graphic which in most case needs high budget to achieve outstanding result.
I don't believe indie developers or small studio should take up most of their energy into graphics. It seems meaningless...
P5S is so great ! This month lineup will be the second strongest one (behind ff7re month) for Asian gamers.
Deathloop is not for everyone. But for those who love diving into a story in a deep immersive way, this game is quite a treat. I like it a lot, and feel more confident about Sony's taste for adding this title into ps5 first year lineup .

PS5 has indeed 2 versions, but difference is that sale of cheaper one is the apparent minor. In Japan PS5 vs PS5 digital is 5:1, while xsx vs xss 2:1.

Actually as long as they offer ps5 upgrade, I don't mind the pc port part. Especially excited for Uncharted or Bloodborne news!
Actually, PS5 launch games (1st year) are a lot better than ps4 , both in quantity and quality.
