The game is still doing well on playstation according to latest psn top download report. Well yeah... if the game is only slipping on PC, it's probably because of the failed psn push...
The only accusation I can think of against valve is that they don't make single player games like Half Life or Portal anymore, their talents are being wasted greatly these years

And oddly enough, though playstation is more popular than xbox everywhere, they have far fewer ps dedicated websites. I just counted on mc, there are only 4 playstation sites out of 130 reviews on "Stellar Blade", while for "Hellblade" there are 11 xbox sites out of 84 reviews.
I believe it's a good thing to have more power back in the hands of Japanese headquarter.
Weird...maybe this problem is unique to Helldivers 2? I live in China, the official Chinese psn game library is a joke , so I have to sign other region psn for my ps5, right now I have 3 region accounts (hk, jp , us), I don't remember having any trouble signing up, all I need is 3 different email addresses...
This is a good move in the long run, I can now add my PC friends by psn instead of some random usercode generated by each game...it will strengthen the interaction between ps and pc gamers. The only thing to blame is that sony should push for it before the game is released. As I said before their pc management is always clumsy..
Sony should have launched psn on pc when they released their first pc game, their move towards pc is clumsy and rushed.
Multiplatform trend goes both ways. Games like Diablo, Baldur's Gate which used to be primarily designed for keyboard and mouse, are now selling pretty well on consoles too, I don't hear people saying console is eating up pc.
This is actually sad , most of youth in east Asian countries can't afford time spending in living room or own a TV room, life pressure is much more stressful, same reason why new lowest birth rating hit Japan Korea China again and again.

I don't care how happy MS or xbox fans are with "success" of starfield just keep this game away from ps5, thanks.

Understandable， MS just opened up their first-party titles to Sony, Sony must also show some goodwill back... Even just let go of some third-party exclusives.
The game just passed censorship check and got a official release in China, which is very rare considering even Nintendo games have failed many times(including zelda series)..
But small or even indie studios are closing and laying off these days too , the studio behind Life is strange true colors lay off 20% just days before Sony did, what does that prove then?
No wonder Microsoft are giving up exclusive strategy. They can't resist the temptation of going all platforms now. It was the ABK acquisition that dealt the final blow to Xbox hardware... who would have thought
