Normally, I would agree. However, the increased frame-rate and mod support down the line for different game types and such ensure that the PC and PS3 versions will NOT be the same.

Valve stopped the cross game support because of their issue with simultaneous patches for PS3 and PC mp. It would make PC gamers have to wait because of the increased difficulty of patching games on consoles. This way they are separate and consoles can get their patches that cost WAY too much money and PC can get their patches on a regular basis.
You're making PC gamers, like me, look like Dbags. I'd also be willing to bet that halo 4's mp will blow away Crysis's mp offering. Because, you know, that's the important thing...gameplay, lol.

Holy crap, that looks clean as hell. Those are REALLY nice textures, btw. If 343 can pull of these visuals with the physics Halo's known for then I'll be very surprised. I didn't think 360/ps3 could do that. I'm definitely looking forward to some gameplay.

I think you're forgetting the leveling system being simplified to an extent also.
It's the most popular because you can get over 15,000 points in a single round. 64 player conquest on metro is NOT fun, imo. A bunch of players running around close quarters getting killed by the M320 and SMAWed 30 times. I've played it and ranked up numerous times and unlocked numerous items in ONE round. How is it that the map/gamemode combo that requires the least amount of teamwork has the highest rewards? I honestly can't even believe DICE still haven't changed the flags ...

My point is that a 4gb card after patches and a few games will DEFINITELY take it's toll. Which will force you to fork over the cash on an overpriced proprietary product.

Yeah, the whole memory thing is really the only thing holding me back from getting one. Like you said, that's only a few games and for 32 GB's I think it costs $100 which, imo, is BEYOND ridiculous. Plus, I saw yesterday that Uncharted is FIFTY DOLLARS! I'll wait until either a price cut or something like Diablo 3 is announced for Vita. If they put Diablo 3 on Vita then that's game over. I'm buying one.
Wrong. PC has more exclusives than both consoles combined. The PC platform also has a wider variety of genres.
I wouldn't be against the idea of playing as a Native American that can work for both sides of the conflict; doing assassinations for both sides.
I'm much of a MW3 fan either, but I play it sometimes. Definitely like that I can play it windowed in 720p and do other things at the same time. Also, there are WAAAAAAYYYY less 13 yr old kids on Steam...holy crap, I don't miss those, lol

I finally got back into PC gaming 2 1/2 years ago and I'm definitely not looking back. EVER. I sold my 360 and PS3 for a CPU/GPU combo and now when next gen shows up, I'll have already been creepin' in that territory, lol. Steam is definitely the reason I WON'T be going back. Even new games get a pre-discount, sometimes, on Steam.
Release on disk with the game. Delay it if you have to. Problem solved. Hopefully the fans will complain to MS.
