I disagree. There are way too many negatives to many anything seem positive. Sure, the game looks good but the game-play has actually regressed from SFIV and even SFIII. Yes, it's more accessible / user friendly and that's great. Though when those people who are up to the challenge of online mode, that story may change. And this isn't just from me, but many players from the fighting game commnunity.

Mega Man: Powered Up is a 8- year old game which is only available on the PSP and PS Vita. That's not saying much nor is it viable for everyone who doesn't have either platform to play.

The bundle was only a plus, but if you already own them for Xbox 360, then you'll be able to use them come November, you don't have to activate the digital version. And if you have the digital version, it doesn't matter when you activate it.
Regardless, they still need games for this 4th quarter and they don't have many 1st party games coming out vs Microsoft. Just about very thing is multi-platform with the exception of The Nathan Drake collection and Bloodborne: The Old Hunters, plus the XB1 is already $349.

Hmm... Well 1080p is still pretty hard for consoles reach as a standard, where 1440p is where the PC is heading. 4K / 2160p as a standard is still at least 3-4 years off, maybe more. And while there are custom PC setups that can do 11K, they're super expensive and not practical at all.
