Obviously PC. An article about PS4 vs Xdone is just pointless, the sheep have already chosen what money grubbing corporation they've bent over for, for a much lesser quality experience mind you. They will basically end up the same.
Sinjonexp you might want to wait for benchmarks before you upgrade apparently Ubisoft has a huge contract with Nvidia so their games may perform better. However if you like Battlefield AMD has the new Mantle API so you have to weigh your option...
There's nothing wrong with a game heavy on story, but if there is very little interaction you can't blame people for not wanting to pay $60 for what's not much more than your typical movie when normal movies cost $20 to buy or $5 to rent.
Sure it will mostly feel the same, except for low fps, input lag, pop in, you know the usual.

Queefy B has some funny ideas. I don't think Steam Box or Oculus Rift will be very successful. I'm just not really seeing much interest in either from anyone.
So by better performance you mean higher max fps? I would take a cooler, more energy efficient video card that works properly with reliable software, higher minimum fps, more consistent frame-rate than just a slightly higher max or avg fps at the same price point. Performance can mean a lot of different things.
I sold my Titan and bought a cheaper 7990 for mining digital currency. The Titan is just a night and day difference. I can't believe they actually released the 79...

I've owned 6 Nvidia cards from the 8800gts through gtx Titan and 5 AMD cards from 5870 through 7990 and I can honestly say that Nvidia has the far superior drivers...no stuttering, better minimun fps, less glitches, less crashing, less problems with driver forced graphics options.
And for hardware Nvidia always has quieter, cooler gpus (except for the 400 series). AMD needs to come up with something miraculous if they want to outshine Nvidia any time in the near future.
AMD are the ones that raised the price of the flagship GPU above $500 with the 7970. They then overpriced the 7990 at $1000. They then overpriced the FX 9590 at $1000 and it doesn't even outperform a $300 intel cpu. All those prices were dropped after they didn't sell.
It's not Nvidia that is driving the prices sky high. At least when they release a premium product with ridiculous prices they back it up with a good product and people actually want to buy it, hence...
If by "a little better" you mean more than double the performance and 4gb more vram then you would be spot on.

I don't know where you're getting $600 as the price of the 290x. It was just listed on newegg.com 3 days ago for $729. AMD is just as bad at price gouging as Nvidia. And with the upcoming price cuts on Nvidia side I expect the Titan to be similarly priced to the R9 290x with better drivers and a better heatsink.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Titan was cut to $699 like the 7990. The new R9 290x is also priced similarly.

It's not the Titan Ultra. This rumor never made any sense. The best GK110 chips already go into the Quadro line-up for a lot more $$. Plus AMD's new 290x gpu doesn't even beat a Titan so why would Nvidia need to release an Ultra?
This new release will be a 770ti with a further cut down GK110.
All my saved games were deleted and I could not continue any achievements that I was working on due to a GFWL fuck up. I tried to get all the riddler trophies and finish on new game plus....GFWL wouldn't let me.
Now I need Arkham City to drop GFWL also so I can finally replay it

I think that's exactly what will happen if they ever plan on doing a BC3. DICE is a huge developer and EA will give them any resources they need to complete projects. Star wars won't affect the development of the BF franchise at all, they are made by separate teams.
I agree I was really hoping for BC3 this year or early 2014 instead of BF4. After playing the beta and watching all the vids BF4 just seems like BF3.5 to me. Really no gameplay improvements whatsoever, not to mention DICE not taking advantage of new technology. The least they could've done is increase the graphical fidelity just a little bit.
I really enjoyed BF3 but in the end BC2 was way more fun and I'm looking forward to BC3

Why so many disagrees? I don't remember any mods for GTA4 console yet there is some epic mods for GTA4 PC. Actually many ppl consider GTA4 with icenhancer mod the most photorealistic game available and I would have to agree. Even better than Crysis 1 which is still better than any console game and it was released in 2007.
