So I guess that Nioh was a failure :D Well jokes aside Nioh got good rep and is a good game. just not a wide audience game, so I wouldnt bet this selling like hotcakes either. but 1-2mill very possible.

Even all the mediocre games got great scores, it seems that one thing that matters is that its a Japanese game. There is no trust on Famitsu scores.

Half baked game anyways. They changed the dev for this, latest game Just Dance Disney edition....no wonder that the game is repetitive and all the gameplay is sooooo half baked. no cool secrets or no diff gameplay sections like in the earlier game (canada, anus, gnomes). not even Matt and Treys fart jokes can save it. How did the gaming community and reviewers love this game? I play at the hardest level and its a cake walk too...

gamerbase for that on PC is way too low, last 24h peak player amount 174 players :D

Yeah every time someone doesnt like your mp focused game he sucks :D git gut. "this is perfect, anyone who dislikes it sucks at it" ~GamerLogic.

Usually I am on top 3 on my team, still dont find it as enjoyable or tactical as COD2 and MW1....those were the glory days. Infinity ward knew wtf they were doing.

EDIT: Greatly enjoying the sp and zombies mode tho

The maps truly are garbage and favoring SMG's and quickscoping as every other recent COD. Glory days are truly gone, but I have had occasional good matches on mp though.

@-Foxtrot

For example the gasroom section. I thought something would happen in the room where you drain the water, nah nothing. Then when you have the gas mask you have one corridoor with one enemy and then one sewer section with one enemy....plz wtf is that? how lazy and boring that section was.

I think that the chapter 13 represented hell, due to the fire and all. i think that the chapter 7 was the weakest since that area had a LOT of bugs. but ofc it was disapointing to go through the same area again on ch13.

I liked the open are hubs, but the linear sections were not that good. they were empty, short and boring. always some 3-5 rooms and corridors and some enemies randomly placed. if they were lying around I always got em surprised. EW1 handled linear sections ...

Yeah and I wish they came out of 1990 and would give the option to backup your data, link the games on your profile and not to your system and get a real online infrastructure. The dream lives on.

@gantarat idk but it seemed more like an EA thing than Visceral games thing "they tried to shoehorn co-op in to the tittle" since they needed "to hit that 5 million fan base" ~EA Rep.

The co-op doesnt belong on horror games, but in DS3 it wasnt the worst feature. The game was so action based and the shoehorned "loot/crafting" ruined it.

Shadow isaac thing sounds like something that the FEAR3 tried to do with coop.

Even the PS4 Pro has no additions at all, all you can do is use boost mode. they only optimized it with ps4 properly. They got some patching to do for real.

I really liked the old road rash games, this game does a decent job at being a successor....if the single player wast just grinding the same levels over and over and over again

3027d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Everytime they tout how big their maps are, the more boring they usually are. I dont care how big it is, I want it to have content and be fun. I think that 90% of these open world driving games still are missing the idea. I remember the "good old days" when you had individual tracks that had perfectly honed curves, shortcuts, pickups and so on.

Nowadays its the open world with bland samey roads with nothing special to them. The funny aspect is also that the open w...

pfff really? grinding same levels over and over again is fun nowadays? Single player is basically going again through the same levels until you die, its kinda like survivor mode. Then you need to advance in the skill tree to unlock the "ability" to start from further stage. getting to stage 3 takes around 1-2h and to be able to start stage 6 it would take triple or more time to achieve. At that time I was like fk that, played the first 1-7 stages 5x already and im bored.
