I dont know whats wrong with me. Once a game goes on sale i will buy. It will sit there for months and maybe even a year before i even get to it. By the time i get to the game, the GotY edition would come out. From now on, i will tell myself to wait for the GoTY edition.

Well Solid have a good point. Xbox one have BC but it does seem to do much to help their sales numbers. PS4 outselling it’s competitors is all due to the fact that they have new games and exclusive games. Would they sell more PS4 if they had BC. We will never know but, history showed us that the the PS3 didn’t do that well when it had BC.
Because Microsoft don’t release sales numbers remember? So Vgchartz or any other sites reporting Xbox numbers are unreliable. At best, they’re estimates. Whereas Sony do release their sales numbers so vgchartz have reliable sources to report the PS4 numbers. You see, if you use common sense. You would have figured that out.

This the dumbest argument that I’ve heard. Microsoft owns xbox, but the Xbox is it’s own division. If Microsoft feels that the Xbox brand is not making any money, it won’t hesitate to shut down the Xbox division. Each branch of Microsoft division have its own budget and forecast. If Xbox don’t produce, guess what happens? Microsoft software division is not responsible for the Xbox division.
