Sony prove that you don’t need the best or most powerful to win fans over. PSVr was probably the weakest in terms of performances out of the top three and yet they priced it correctly and ended up selling the most. It also helps that they have a large library of software for it. Hopefully Sony carries this way of thinking and software support into the next gen.

This is just my opinion, but HZD far exceeded anything that I've seen from this Gen (maybe an exception of a few games) in terms of quality and visual for an open world game. Even after completing the game and platinum it, i couldnt let go of the game world. i was so immersed in it.
Unfortunately a lot of good smaller companies rely on bigger companies to help fund their project. Therefore some of their creative ideas are replaced with ideas that will make the bigger companies more money. Sometime due to this, these smaller companies do not get the chance to show case their potential and end up shutting down. There are only a handful of big companies that will allow smaller companies that they own the creative freedom with zero to very little interference.

RE2 not a remaster, its a remake. For example, the movie Bladerunner is a remake of the original. We dont call it a remaster of the original.

No, what he saying is that developers should focused on giving players the full game experience in the base game. DLC should be an after thought. There are too many times where developers cut content from the game to make into DLC. Purposely giving player incomplete games only to fill the gap with DLC.

no the reason why i wont pick up the next xbox is because they are not focused on providing great games for their consoles. So far all they talk about is how powerful their new system will be, how many different versions of the next consoles there will be, how you can stream your games, how you can play games on other devices. But they have not yet to mention about the games that they will provide. Whats the purpose of playing games on multiple devices if you dont have any new games to play ...

Im not sure if they ever had a golden day. If rumors are true, Bungie did shady things in the first Destiny 1. Like cutting content. I think the only thing that is compelling about Destiny was the game play which kept me playing for a while.
Why does the author act as if RE2 a new game? We've seen the narrative before in its original release. This is the same story with update graphics, visuals, mechanics. Yes, there might be a slight change to the story but the main premise is still intact. An outbreak occurred and turning people into Zombies and an unsuspecting young cop got stuck in the middle and need to figure out how to survive.
