I just want to play a game that uses the consoles power.
MS not interesting in selling consoles, anymore. There is more money to be made with gamepass subscriptions. MS knows that they cant compete with Sony when it comes to console sales. This have been apparent for 3 generations. They know that the only chance they have in this market is a subscription base approach.
To think that they couldnt even be bothered to put effort into their most beloved, bread and butter, flagship franchise is sad. MS game division have lots of potential because they can get funding from one richest company, yet they're too damn lazy to even try. This is why i stop supporting them since Xbox 360.
You both dont get it. after the PS4 was launch you have the like of Kill Zone, Infamous, driveclub, and warframe. Which show cased the PS4 potential. This shows that you can use the next gen console power to show case what games can potentially look like. Yes, i understand that we wont see the full capabilities of the consoles until later. But to not even try to show case the power of the Xbox series X on your most beloved and flagship franchise is utter BS..
For me so far, Horizon zero dawn, god of war, uncharted 4, and tlou2 are contenders. I need to play GoT first to see if it belongs on this list.

Did you know that the gameplay they showed during the event was running on a PC?? But you would over look that. According MS, they will have the most powerful console on the planet so as a consumer, do we want "Incremental advances" or do we want what the most powerful console so far can provide?

When MS keep touting that they will have the most powerful console in the world. You expect MS to show case that power with their flagship franchises. But what they showed was barely something that was on par with the current gen. Ive been saying this all along, whats the point of having the most powerful console in the world if youre not going to have games show case that power?

i know Bungie made Halo, but this gameplay sure looks very very similar to Destiny. Even some of the enemies (which is not a bad thing).
