I don’t think people would have such a big problem if it wasnt for the Xbox 360 red ring of death. It was the heat and the thermal paste that caused the problem. If the series X do get this hot, this is not a good sign for the thermal paste.

@DjStotty,
He dont need to burn his hand to know it runs hot. He said "hot", not scorching. If the outside of the console is already hot, imagine what the inside of the system must be even hotter.

I feel like the Last of us and the last of us 2 should be on this list.

"I mean, take away the controversy, DICE did well with it."
this is what this sounds like, "Take away all the victims who died from covid, the United states have the lowest death rate caused by Covid."

I stop buying game new, not because im cheap or think games are too expensive. Its just that when i buy game brand new. I dont get to them a few months later (sometimes even years). but if prices increase for games to $70, im ok with it. Games been $60 for over a decade now, its about time they increase it to match with the market. Yes, studios make millions if not billions on some games. but not all games are Million dollar makers and not all games are successful. At the end of the day, its ...

Acquiring studios is only a very tiny part. What comes out of those studios is the bigger part of these acquisitions. Xbox have more to prove to their fans and critics vs Sony. You said it best, "Sony exclusives can easily hold their own...". Microsoft at this point have more to lose if they cant come up with high quality games from those new acquired studios. Many of their fans already given up on them at this point. Just imagine if Microsoft screw up some of these studios too? I s...

Sony dont need to do anything. They have well established and well proven studios that they own. Their studios have proven time after time that they can deliver a AAA game. The only thing Sony needs to do is make sure that they dont become complacent, continue to deliver high quality games with the studios they already own, have varieties of games they release, and maybe increase the exclusives per year.
Any Playstation owners knows that Sony dont need to worry about proving anythin...

So funny that he have to make a statement like that.

SquareEnix would be a megaton purchase for Sony. But that’s unlikely. Lol

I dont think Sony mentioned anything until the reveal of the PS5 price. But honestly, i was surprised by it and i honestly felt they should have been up front about it.

You’ve seen how much scalpers are flipping these cards? It’s freaking insane.

2015d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

Retailers jumping the gun is a blessing in disguise. Imagine if scalpers knew the exact day and time when preorders goes live. We will be competing against bots. In my experience in collecting shoes, humans lose to bots the majority of the time. Retailers jumping the gun didn’t give scalpers time to set up bots which even the playing field and gave us a better chance of us getting a preorder. I think only thing retailers can additionally do was put a limit of preorder per customer. There’s pe...

Regardless, I think retailers jumping the gun might be good for consumers. Just imagine if everyone knew the specific time and day the preorder was. Us humans will be competing with bots and the chance of us against bots are worst. Sure it seems crazy but I felt that we had a better fighting chance against each other than the Bots. But seriously, retailers should have limit the preorder number per customer. I was able to preorder two on the same account.

Have y’all ever tr...
