How can ultra be a standard if the majority of gamers can't afford it. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you're a special need child. But that is still insulting to special needs.

Once playstation now release, the ps4 will have the largest library of games in console history. All Ps1, ps2, ps3, ps4, and possibly psp games accessible on one console.

I understand that, this is the game that they envisioned but due to the limitation of the 7th gen they could not accomplished what they set out to do. With the definite edition they have achieved their goal and made the game that they've always wanted. But in all honesty, they should just use those resources and time to make the sequel for the PS4/xb one.
Its great that they upgraded the game, but for the loyal fans who support them it feels like a slap in the face. I might think about buying it after it goes down to about $30.
I would love to use the VR for games like Portal.

As much as i dislike the FF13 series, it seems that regardless of how the masses view a game. There will be an audience for it.
I dont mind the HD remakes, but if the HD starting doing well. I fear that SE will start milking this concept for all their past games.
People who have trouble with the hard drive not as advertised need to take it up with those manufactureres. Regardless of what platform you buy the hard drive for the drive will come with less then advertised preinstalled. Sony buys the hard drive from the manufacturer and they say its a 500gb, Sony will then advertised it as 500gb. Same with Microsoft.
Don't believe? Take any memory stick and format it, you will never get the number that was advertised. This works the same for...
If they do make a FF7 remake, the only request i have for them is to remove that one scene where Cloud cross dressed. This was probably one of the most awkward moments in gaming history.

The difference here is
Sony out of the gecko was focused on game. They didnt try to sell you mumbo jumbo like tv, voice recognition, and cameras. They came out and was focused on games and gamers.
Microsoft on the other hand, TV, Kinect, and voice recognition were there main focus. When it comes to games, a lot of gamers agree that they felt that Microsoft was pushing them to the side.
