1. It's not Sony's project. The project is Ys.net if it's not kickstarted the project will not be made Sony's involvement is mainly enabling the creation of the PS4 version.

Newsflash this is not a Sony project none did Sony even claim to be funding the whole game. There are different forms and ways a game can be supported.
Sony didn't own the game, Sony is not publishing the game, They are not reaching money from the kickstarter. Media pushing an agenda doesn't change the facts.

Well it was never announced as a Sony exclusive or exclusive in any manner. It's coming to PC. As shown in the tweet linked above Sony is providing support for the PS4 version of the game and things like marketing i.e Big stage presence at E3.

This doesn't make sense the delays of the PS+ version didn't affect the full version as seen by it's multiple updates and iirc they did give owners of driveclub additional content for the delay.
If you mean give you the full game because of PS+ delays then in their defend they did replace the game when the delay was first announced.
