I am not really too thrilled with the Matchmaking side of things, but the campaigns work flawlessly for me so I'm happy.
My guess is once the Halo 5 beta is underway, they will have more staff to dedicate to the beta and to TMCC matchmaking. I could be way off, but needing to boot up the disk is because you don't have a digital copy, so it checks for the disk... maybe it is just random that it does that.. cuz i have HALO MCC on disk, but I never have to reboot the game.
