Plenty of people bought them! It's just they switched to having a re-design of the consoles that no longer allowed faceplates or else we would still have plenty

Another reason PC gamers don't have the same hype factor is they may or may not have to upgrade their computer to play a certain game, and console users KNOW they will be able to play the game.

Apart from the amount of people on screen, and the overall zoomed in nature of the E3 photo, I think the XB1 looks cleaner, and more like graphics of a game, and the E3 one looks more like a movie like a target render would look ala Rainbow Six Patriots
This is why Dark Souls 1 and 2 are so great.... Because everything else they have to offer besides like Soul Calibur, and 1 or 2 other games is shovelware/lackluster.

But what if a "new" xbox for example:(xbox two, that could still play xb1 games) came out and was twice as fast at the xb1, and Microsoft allowed people who bought an xb1 to get a discounted upgrade to the "new console" for like 200 bucks more and ship their xb1 to MS?
