Looks like I'll just buy it off of Steam then. I'd rather play online than try to get a platinum.
You don't even need a decent graphics card. The games are very well optimized and Mass Effect 2 is even more optimized than the first. I was able to play both with integrated graphics.
If the console rumors are true (launching in the Fall or early 2012), then it would make Nintendo's next system more powerful than the PS3 and 360 so I wouldn't doubt it. And Nintendo's system SHOULD be more powerful than the current gen system since it's supposed to be a next gen console.
I don't see why people are skeptical about this.
If PSN is even up by then.
Every Valve DLC has been free with the exception of their 360 games because Microsoft forces them to charge for it.
Yeah, make a US account and buy US PSN cards from an online store, redeem them for $$ and make your purchases.
Oh yeah, I'm sure whenever a Sony site goes down it absolutely has to be "anonymous".
That doesn't mean you show off images on the internet. If a game's concept isn't even finalized, why show it off to the public??
They look....really bad :|
@ChozenWoan
I hope that comment was meant to be a joke. Enjoying something in a movie and video game is NOT equal to enjoying something in real life. I enjoy playing Grand Theft Auto, but that doesn't mean I think it's ok for people to run around shooting, robbing, and verbally assaulting others.
I'm pretty sure it won't because this is a brand new game and not a port or collection like the cheaper titles you're mentioning. I hope we at least get a demo to try out before jumping into this. Though Sonic Colors is an awesome game and hopefully this will follow that trend, lol.
It will since it's not an Arcade or PSN title. My expectations went down when I saw that behind the shoulder camera >_>
That most definitely makes sense. Even if people buy these codes off of eBay, some will more than likely be new to Steam and eventually make purchases off of Steam sooner or later.
Beat it on PC and beat it on the PS3.
It's the same thing though. The "cleaner" sprites for Final Fantasy IV on the PSP were sprites that were created for the ground up specifically for the PSP version of IV. Just like the DS version of IV required the 3D models to be built from the ground up, which is more work, of course.
Anyway, somebody posted a video on Youtube of Final Fantasy V that they bought off of PSN (at least they claimed that it was). It's the same exact game as the PS1 version. Un...
I think it has more to do with price and actually having games. The 3DS is new, doesn't any great games out (besides professor layton and street fighter), and is expensive. The NGP will definitely be even more expensive so expect bash articles on this site 2 minutes after the NGP gets released.
Because it was remade for the DS and remastered for the PSP. Final Fantasy V got no love this gen. Glad it's getting remastered...hopefully it's a little more than just new CGI which I really don't care for.
Loooks like it IS the anthology version with new CGI scenes.
Does this mean they aren't planning on remaking it anytime soon? >_>
@sjaakiejj
You can't disagree with me. I ran Mass Effect on high settings with my integrated graphics and Mass Effect 2 on medium settings, too. Though both were running on lower than my native resolution.
I didn't post an opinion; I posted a fact! That's how I was able to play through both of them. Now I have an actual video card and can run them both on high settings at my native res.
