The consoles seems to be good at the moment and there really isn't a need for a complete hardware overhaul at the moment. Though Nintendo should release Wii HD before then >_>
I mean no offense, but you must be an idiot to believe something like that. PS3 sales have increase significantly in 2009 in contrast to previous years due to the exclusive titles that were released (before the price-cut). Just because it didn't sell enough to meet your "standard", doesn't mean there wasn't a positive impact.
Either way, I doubt any console this gen will outsell the Wii, lol. That thing sells like hotcakes =0
Where's my Final Fantasy VI remake? They can't just skip V and VI and go ahead with remaking VII >_>
I guess you haven't been reading the user reviews on FFXIII, lol. You also fail to understand what an opinion is.
The US is getting the Japanese 360 version of Nier on both the PS3 and 360.
But everything else in the game is amazing. However, the graphics for the towns in this game look better than the towns in FFXIII
ZING!
WKC2 doesn't even have a Japanese release date. It'll probably come out late 2010 and in the US mid 2011.
To be fair, the graphics and audio for FFXIII are much better than this game. Also, the PS3 version contains 1080p cut-scenes and lossless audio. The only effect the 360 had on FFXIII, was getting it released in the US earlier since Microsoft are anal about having games released worldwide within a certain time-frame...unlike Sony who don't really encourage or force speedy localization.
It was confirmed on the PSblog...though the DLC was only hinted at. It's most likely missions or town items...which is awesome!
You're right, it's kind of unfair, but the things mentioned can all be done offline (besides the online co-op, of course. The online aspect is just a nice bonus to obtain more powerful items and to have fun once you're done with the game.
Oh, and just in case you weren't aware, the avatar I mentioned plays as your ally through the single player component of the game along with being your online character. I think it's pretty cool that you can create a character and have him/her t...
I know, I just find it really odd that somebody would get offended over that comment, lol.
And thanks! Feels good to finally have the option to play some of the high end PC games I've been wanting to play. I can finally get to try out Crysys and pick up the new Command and Conqure along with Splinter Cell: Conviction, and Starcraft II when they come out =)
Maybe because I'm excited about the PC I'm getting? Lol, jeez...I can't even mention a platform without being flamed on this site. This is fanboy central.
@XBOX360-FUN
Well, yes, I did, lol. Before coming to this site I was looking for a desktop to buy and I found the perfect one. I got overly excited because I'd be able to play this game along with finishing off the first one (my current PC can't handle it, lol). The PC I have now is utter crap, so getting the monst...
But from what I've seen, White Knight Chronicles will be better. Still, I can't wait for both! There are things in White Knight Chronicles that makes me think I might forget about Final Fantasy XIII...
-Town Building
-4 player online co-op with DLC missions as well (text and chat support)
-Loot gathering
-Weapon creation
-customizable avatar (can be altered through the game)
-This game has TOWNS! Lol..jk
I still have to beat the first...I'm getting a new PC in March (so far away), so I guess I probably won't even play Mass Effect 2 until around mid April since I still have to finish the 1st, lol.
Idk, maybe it's just the lack of sleep I had last night, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to be looking for on that site....
I tried the demo out and it seemed way too repetitive for me. I can't see myself playing it for more than 5 hours without losing interest =/
Rather than being immature and calling people names on the internet, state some proof to back up your "claim".
I'm starting to think the reason they made it multiplat is because they knew they did a half assed job with the game and needed to sell as much as possible to get the money they wasted on it back. Since they're stationed in Japan, I guess releasing it on the 360 in Japan would be like a death sentence =0
From the reviews I've seen, FFXIII is way too linear for an RPG. I think SE focused way too much on the presentation and forgot to add some focus to the actual gameplay. I'm still getting it though...along with White Knight Chronicles, End of Eternity, and Star Ocean The Last Hope: International....then 3D Dot Game Heroes soon after =D
First half of 2010 = RPG heaven!
Even if his stories were flame bait, none of them are things that ever actually happen.
