I know that, but what does that have to do with anything? Whether they scraped it or not, it was still originally supposed to come out Spring 2008. This writer is making it seem like this game only ever faced one delay. All games get delayed for a reason; the reason for this game is no different than others.
This game was supposed to come out Spring 2008. This game was delayed loads of time. Also, I may be wrong, but the reason it was delayed was due to some financial issue. I think Ubisoft didn't want to compete with the other big titles coming out around the same time and wanted to make sure their game wasn't overshadowed.
I'd love an artbook...I love those, lol.
Though it's funny to see people get so worked up over what MGRising posts, lol.
Would that "other game" be a town builder? haha, jk!
Looks a bit worse than the first one. Isn't the point of a sequel to improve on all fronts? Wait...are they even adding ANY new areas in this game? >_>
Rockstar North is working on "Agent" and I doubt they'd want to announce a big title before "Agent" comes out because it might take away from the hype. Sort of why SE isn't saying anything about Versus XIII till after XIII is out in stores in the US.
What about the HD DVD attachment?
I'm sure the Wii is the most used console =P
I really doubt it. God of War III is being regarded as a graphical beast amongst the gaming community. Developers have also "confirmed" it as well, but all of the trailers seem so dark and gloomy. Even the demo gives off the same impression. The game itself is awesome, but it won't dethrone Uncharted 2 in the graphical department.
Isn't Natal just like Sony's PSEye, but a bit more enhanced?
@rob6021
So it evens out then? They're practically the same thing then. I really don't see the big deal with it. The PSEye was dumb and Natal will, in the end, be considered wasted funds.
GoW3 looks too dark...sort of like it's trying to hide graphical imperfections. Uncharted 2's environments and character designs are colorful and vibrant and STILL look amazing. The attention to detail in Uncharted 2 is phenomenal.
Either that or Armored Core...it's definitely not ZOE3 >_>
That game was already announced a few weeks ago, lol.
Basically it unlocks a higher potential in the hardware you're overclocking - it makes it more powerful. When you overclock something, you're making it work harder than it was meant to. They're using liquid nitrogen to cool it off since it's emitting much more heat than it could handle. Go to Youtube.com and check out some tutorials on it to get an idea on how it's done.
We probably won't see this game till 2011, lol.
1080p cut-scenes, lossless audio, and one disc. All of these things are absent from the 360 version.
I know, but you said that I've missed the point, which I didn't...maybe I just didn't word my first post properly or maybe you just aren't reading it properly, idk. I know Sega is no longer going to take risks with mature Wii titles, but my initial post was pointing out that they weren't afraid to take as many risks in the first place. I don't blame them for quitting after trying to much, lol.
Unfortunately, there's only a US and EU release date. It's already out in Japan.
