Piracy is already available on the Wii. People were pirating and playing burnt games on there Wii a few months after the Wii was released lol.
Drive Modchip's were made, that tell the DVD drive that the disc is an original. Instead of modifying the Wii's Bios.
Making them almost undetectable by the Wii.
I hate how this story claims the iPhone as the first to put touch screen in small mobile devices.
Archos has had Touch screens before the iPhone. And a few others PMP/Cellphone making companies have to.
The only thing new the iPhone has really actually done, is a multi-touch display. Everything else has already been done in other devices.
Or how about the Fony PayStation Thri
lol.
I personally like that rim. You don't need rims to be super complex to look good. It's got a nice simple flowing design to it.
Merely your point of view.
Other people like to get the most they can out of there computers. Because computers game add a whole nother level of gameplay in online games. And just doing general fun things with your computer lol. I just perefer computer gaming over console gaming.
Lol a PC in a Wii.. Now that would be some amazing feat.
You'd most likely need to use laptop parts to do that lol. And very small ones at that XD.
I thought Bill Gates quit a few years ago?
I remember hearing that a long time ago... Guess he had decided to stay until now lol
Some people don't like to wait that long :).
And I already said how ridiculous this is. If you can solder it. Then solder it. But this way is taking a big risk.
That was already explained.
If you choose to use your warranty you could end up waiting over a month for you to get an Xbox back.
Uhh... That sounds like it could cause disaster for a lot of people. I'm sure there's alot more materials in the Xbox that will melt faster then the solder. This seems like a risky maneuver.
Always go with the Solder choice over this one if you actually have a soldering iron.
Yeh the CryEngine certainly is great. Would be great to see someone with an uber computer film that huge explosion directly lol.
Sarick, BrianC6234:
I don't know where your living in the world. But here in Canada and Usa. 3-10mb connections are very common.
And if you go with a internet connection threw your tv cable, you can even get a 25mb connection.
I currently have a cheap 3mb connection. And can download 1gb easily in under an hour. With your simple phone line, people can get up to 10mb connections with some ISP's.
And also, with my ISP. Telus. I get a 60gb monthly ...
I'd love to have one of these. If only I wasn't so poor lol.
It would be nice to skip like 10-20 years in the future and see like a 1TB memory stick lol. Now that would be crazy. And only 5 dolla! XD.
Yeah it's VERY old, but this person doesn't think so. But this DID come out over a year ago.
But it's still a very cool project. And having it on the news again will allow more people to see it.
Don't need a Wii. Just a Wiimote which you can buy for fairly cheap. Bluetooth card in your computer. And some infrared lights :P.
Or... You could get a curved projector screen. A projector. One xbox. Set to wide screen. And one cheap xbox compatible racing wheel.
Tada! And all under 700$.
Pretty tight. This could make for some pretty interesting 1-player games. Or multi player if you used separate screens.
Yes. Installing SP3 will give you those older updates.
Yeah, I surely wouldn't waste that much money for such a small performance increase.
They should be working on making faster cores on the graphics cards. Not seeing how many they can fit on a motherboard lol.
Why can't Intel convert one of it's quad cores into a core for a GPU?
That would be awesome.
Yeah, this is one of those games that even most of the Pirates will go out and buy. (After downloading it first lol)
Anyone who owns a Wii and doesn't get this game needs a knock on the head from those people in the V8 commercials. lol
