How exactly is the map of anubis flawed? It requires different heroe synergies to either attack or defend properly. It's phara map so the map layout reflects the jetpack aspect of hers. To attack a Reinhardt mercy, 2 phara, a junkrat, and a widow maker are ideal, but that's just for attack. Defending a bastion, torbjorn, phara, mercy, dva, and mccree are good to have. Either way, it's not really frustrating if you use your head and communicate. That's what this game requires....
The authors summary does nothing but complain that this is a team fortress 2 clone, but aside from that, doesn't give the reader a clear view on why you gave it a 6/10. Furthermore the author complains about map design a la temple of anubis, but fails to point out in overwatch you're encouraged to swap heroes on the fly to counter attacking or defending. Essentially git gud. The lack of content can be forgiven as there is no season pass and future maps and characters will be free in t...
Same, I will buy it day 1, but I don't know how long I will play it.
I'm massively disappointed. So much potential from the order ip. Just needed to refine it and fix the complaints in the sequel.
Also for those that like to torrent. You can torrent movies to your phone, use a media server app, and stream to your ps4 via media player. It's what the wife and I do when we miss our fav shows time.
You can still download torrents and stream to your ps4 with your phone. It's easier imo
I use it to stream movies I download from my phone. . .
Agree, I rented uncharted for and beat it in two days. Only cost $6. I didn't care for the multiplayer and as beautiful as the game is, I more than likely won't play through it again. Multiplayer games that I find interesting and sink countless hours into are worth $60 to me. Overwatch, modern warfare, battlefield, he'll I'd even go so far as to pay $40 for rocket league if that were it's price.
To be fair overwatch is priced $40 on pc, on consoles they have to pay licensing fees, makes sense as to why it's $60
@Beasley they had every opportunity to play the beta to find out if this game was for them. Just like the souls series you have to get good. I'm no strangers to competitive gaming, but some gamers out there, are just incredibly good, on any platform. Oh well, still fun.
Rocket league is just as reptitive buddy and it's still a 9.5 to me. The gameplay is from the 6v6 multiplayer combat and it's competitiveness to win. That's all there is to it. Same reason people play cod and battlefield, dota, league of legends. All are reptitive, but all are rewarding when you kick ass
That won't matter once competitive season has started
The open beta for overwatch was so polished and fun, that the time between it and launcheck felt like an eternity
Like overwatch, left 4 dead, smite, Dota 2, team fortress 2, cs:go, league of legends, rocket league, etc....; they are all repetitive.
Evolve went the way it did bc of the how the dlc was structured, not because it lacked single player.
You can play on a team of humans vs bots. That helps, but at the end of the day, it's a very competitive game. It's worth the money for me at least. For others, I understand.
You get loot boxes that unlock in game currency, skins, etc... everything can be unlocked by just playing the game. All maps and characters now and future are free. Not a very accurate review, a sad review that is sorely misleading. Let's be negative and hate blizzard bc every character has multiple unlocks that add nothing to the game outside of aesthetics. Play the game or don't, but what you've stated is just sad and not informative at all.
@boss battle
How expensive would the pc setup be, to run and emulate ps4 exclusives though?
Overwatch servers were only crippled for the 1st 10 minutes of launch, after that they were fine. So from 7:10pm est, 10 minutes after launch, everything worked fine. Don't believe everything you read, they need clicks.
It is heavily reccomended you play against bots, in tutorial, training, or user vs bots to get the hang of the game. Against other players who understand the game ins and outs, it will be extremely disheartening to try and just jump into quickplay
