I wish that it had been released sooner, because the review shows the game in a really good light.
I've only seen pop-up in Uncharted, about three times. Sure pop-up's not always welcome, but when you can get a game with no load times, high quality textures, and no install(s), you have to question the games that have not-as-good textures, load times, and (an) install(s).
Naughty Dog made a game without installs and high quality textures, and they've probably stuck the technique in the Edge Tools. Insomniac has the Nocturnal Project as well. This can contribute to games with n...
They look (unsurprisingly) exactly alike.
The reason "Limited" is enabled by default, is because it is a Video Level Signal, which all TVs support.
"Full" on the other hand, is a PC Level Signal, which only select few TVs support (while other TVs experience black crush and white clipping). Full is made so anybody using a PC display to play the PS3 does not have a washed out picture.
But yes, GameTrailers should enable "Full" on the PS3 for videos they post online because only ...
Wow it is... and the spine that says "Call of Duty: World At War" is on the wrong side as well (it's on the right side of the case). So it's either the same cover is on both sides, or they're in Hong Kong, Japan, or some place where they open books from the left side.
The thing is that the right thing to do was to reply, "No Comment". Why? Because if they said both, "yes" or "no", then it would confirm that Pandemic was developing the game, which currently, is still a rumour.
Again, Microsoft is late to the game. Safari already has this, and Firefox has an add-on for "Private Browsing".
This article fails so badly.
For example, they say that the story is like Halloween 3 where a shy, depressed girl runs away from a serial killer. The story hasn't even been revealed yet. Quantic Dreams have said many times that the scene has no plot relation to the actual game.
Also, they say that the graphics are "drab and gray" meaning that they're bad. Have they never heard of Art Style before? And they also say that the characters fall in the "Un...
The camera needs some work, as well as the some of the animations. The shadows are kind of blocky, and the water may look good on the surface, but when Lara jumps into it, it looks weird.
Good thing that it's only at the Pre-Alpha stage, and they've noticed the problems with it, because it doesn't look good, the animations are unimpressive (the guy's always running the same way... even down stairs), and the camera likes to go through the player's head. So, I'm glad that it's in Pre-Alpha stage. With a couple touch-ups, the game might be really good, even if it is running on the Source Engine (I think).
The physics, and graphics look amazing. The art style is amazing and the animations are great as well. It might be the next Chronicles of Riddick: Escape to Butcher Bay!
The graphics look amazing. The only area it would need improving would be the textures on the cars, however, all in all, it looks very nice. I even think it is going to (maybe) surpass the graphics in GTA IV.
The climbing animations are great as well. Did you see him jump off the train and onto the slanted stair railing? Whoa!
The only things that need to be tweaked are only three things:
1) Bits of the camera (such as when it collides with objects and w...
The only problem I have is that it mostly looks like the Japanese soldiers are just charging at the people, instead of shooting at them.
I believe the thing is that just because Assassin's Creed was a tiny/slightly bit better with framerate (it's negligible though) on the 360 than the PS3, it was given a higher mark.
However, when the review for Soul Caliber 4, said that the PS3 had shorter load times after the install, as well as feeling "even quicker and more polished", it was given the same rating as the 360 version.
That's the problem I think that Hip-Hop Gamer was trying to point out.....

I believe that Cliff is acting very immature, and arrogant.
With Ted Price, (during the Hip Hop Gamer's interview) he was asked if Resistance 2 was going to beat Gears of War 2. And all he said was something along the lines of, "If you have both a PS3 and Xbox 360, you're going to have a great holiday season." Ted Price was very humble.
Cliff, on the other hand, just plainly stated that Gears of War 2 is better than Resistance 2.
Oh, okay I get the earnings reports now. Thanks for your help.
I don't really understand the first reason, but the second reason is kind of weird. Earnings are skewed towards the PS3 because games sold better on the PS3 in Europe? Isn't that the way to earn money? To sell games?
Please correct me if I'm wrong though.
Sweet, water that ripples and "waves" as players walk through it. Not many games do that. For example, with Half-Life 2, the water looks amazing, but how it acts (ie. how the player interacts with it) is very simple. It's only a texture and some particles that pop up. While objects may act realistically IN water, the water itself doesn't act realistically. Games such as: Fear (I think), Halo 3, Kameo, Uncharted, the new Unreal Engine 3.5, and MGS4 have realistic ripples and waves th...
