Clearly you don't understand. MS isn't paying SE to keep it off other consoles. They are providing the marketing for the game and some added development cost. True. TR will probably come out in September or October with a huge PR push by MS. That way they can then do the same for Halo5. Square Enix can then turn around and release TR in 2016 on PS4 and PC. I would assume more people would want friend notifications first. Im not an avid 3d viewer, but I would imagine most that have a 3d tv already had a capable player before ps4.
