If i look at a base ps5 for 500 dollars, this is saying the pro contains 200 dollars worth of upgrades. From that perspective it sounds pretty spot on with the price to me..

You have it backwards. The amounts have already been converted to usd. Everything cost more to manufacture in America, salaries can be much higher. A game like this will absolutely put pressure on companies to do more with less due to stake holders.
