Even in a “slow year” Sony still has more games than Xbox coming out in 2024. One C rated showcase showing games 5+ years away and all of a sudden Xbox fans think they can beat their chest.

This is what we need!! Real competition is how the best games are made!! Plenty of money for everyone if you stop trying to milk the industry with Gaas and micro transactions and just make good products!!
All that being said this is Microsoft we’re talking about. The time will come when they put that magic ‘touch’ on these games and fuck them over severely.
The problem is there is no competition. We can be mad at the showcase but they are still making tons of money and outselling the competition hand over fist so from their perspective why take the risks. We need someone to bring real competition otherwise they can sit on their laurels reading all the complaints while sipping on their chai tea.
Xbox/pc is an exclusive same as ps/pc.
The mere fact that enemies react to being hit is a big win. Lots of games like this have enemies as sponges and there is a real disconnect /lack of realism when hitting an opponent.
