All you people that keep saying you'll pay for home, Sony is probably listening and actually might try to charge us for Home so lets not give Sony any ideas.
True but even without as many commercials as NG2, mgs4 seems to be getting more pre-orders so you can't underestimate the power of word of mouth. Even though Sony still needs to get going with heavy advertisements.

The hardcore gamers all ready know about MGS4, it's everyone else they have to promote to.
All I care is that the game gets the scores it deserve, don't over score it because of the hype and don't underscore it because you believe the cut scenes are too long for non hardcore mgs fans or because it's a ps3 exclusive.
I don't think this game should get 10's across the board but I think sites like Gamespot and 1up should give it scores over at least a 90.
I don't know why people underestimate the power of immersive story telling.
Good read, we've been seeing this happen for a while but it's good to have some meaning behind this kind of stuff. It's obvious once the install base gets higher devs would start to show more love for the ps3.
I don't see why anyone would be persuaded not to buy this game because of this review. There is going to be many reviews from different sites and magazines we have to look at the reviewer that you think is more like yourself.
Obvioulsy Edge isn't one of them because I played both MGS2 and mgs3 and they both played like they they should be rated over a 90 ecspecially mgs3. Plus reading up now maybe realize how much I didn't completely undersatnd the story. I know it's for the h...
Most imppresive graphics and AI I've seen so far, the game looks good!
I hope they don't abandon the ps eye, I think it has great potential. I just want to see a game with impressive graphics use it though.

Yea please don't use it for aiming or driving but like someone mention above use it for the small features, that's when it works best. I can really see them using it to shack off zombies in the game.
