The earliest I know of is Duck Hunt/Super Mario Bros bundled with the NES. Not sure if the Atari, Commodore, etc were bundled with anything...

VALVe is a PC developer and you have to admit that the PS3 doesn't have anywhere near the same architecture that a PC does.

The game is being developed by VALVe (particularly former employees of Turtle Rock Studios).
And the PC version will have the same voice chat functionality that every other Source game to date has.

I tried Half-Life 1 on the PS2 and it was HORRIBLE. VALVe's products have and always will be best on the PC.
VALVe never ran around saying it was an exclusive; they just didn't want anything to do with the PS3.
