Wow, what a bunch of rabid crybabies. So what if VALVe doesn't want to develop on the PS3? They're a grown up company that decide what they want to do with themselves. If they only want to work with a PC architecture then that's there call. We still have Naughty Dog, Incognito Entertainment, Zipper Interactive, SCE Santa Monica Studio, Evolution Studios, Guerrilla Games, etc.

Unfortunately not going to happen. It will be a huge game but not on the scale of YouTube.
If DVDs are just now becoming standard after all these years then Blu-Ray still has quite a ways to go before it's adopted.
