Have you not noticed that a lot of games this gen have not had cheat codes? And the ones that do have them you have to pay to "unlock" them?

I actually want Fallout 4 first. I'm more into the modern to futuristic setting than I am anything pre-modern. I will admit that for the hour or two I played the past ES games I did enjoy them for what they were.
