You really can't trust devs that are making exclusives for either console.
Exclusive devs are basically salesmen of their respective platforms, because their primary goal is to grow their potential audience as much as possible, so that more people will be able to purchase their game.

Glad to hear it.
I only got to play the demo, but even that had me hooked because I played through it multiple times.
I don't mind the windows 8, I'm the minority that likes the tiles and boxes and stuff.
But that plain black background surely must be customize-able ?
Other than that, I have no complaints. Simplicity isn't a bad thing as long as it gets the job done.
And besides, the more complicated the UI the less RAM available for games
